This notice reflects GroundVerity's current launch-stage website and sales workflow. It should be updated if the site later adds analytics, user accounts, advertising tools, forms, or additional service providers.

Information collected

GroundVerity may receive information you voluntarily provide, such as your name, email address, company name, questions, feedback, and message content. When you purchase through Stripe, GroundVerity may receive transaction details such as name, email, amount paid, payment status, and related purchase information. Stripe processes payment-card information under its own privacy practices.

How information is used

  • Respond to inquiries and sample requests.
  • Process and fulfill report purchases.
  • Provide support and follow-up.
  • Improve GroundVerity products based on feedback.
  • Maintain business, accounting, fraud-prevention, and transaction records.
  • Comply with legal obligations and protect GroundVerity's rights.

Sharing

GroundVerity may share information with service providers used to operate the business, including Stripe for payments, Google Workspace for email and file delivery, and Cloudflare for website hosting and security. GroundVerity does not sell customer personal information to advertisers.

Retention

Business communications and transaction records may be retained as reasonably necessary for customer service, bookkeeping, legal compliance, fraud prevention, and business records.

Security

GroundVerity uses reputable third-party providers and reasonable safeguards, but no internet service or electronic storage method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices

You may contact GroundVerity to ask about personal information you provided or to request correction or deletion where applicable. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, or transaction-record requirements.
